Grup musik bergenre rock alternatif My Chemical Romance (MCR) merilis lagu "Disenchanted" dalam album ketiganya "The Black Parade" pada 23 Oktober 2006.

Lirik lagu "Disenchanted" mengekspresikan kekecewaan seorang pasien rumah sakit kala menyaksikan akhir hidupnya yang tidak memenuhi harapan, ibarat sedang bermimpi buruk.

Lagu "Disenchanted" ditulis bersama oleh penabuh drum MCR 2004-2010 Bob Bryar, gitaris Frank Iero, vokalis Gerard Way, basis Mikey Way, dan gitaris Ray Toro.
