Jakarta (Antaranews Babel) - PT Timah Tbk is improving its existence in the world's market, so that it could be an inspiration for Indonesia and the world as the mining company capable of becoming a global player.
"PT Timah Tbk will still exist and operate in its operational areas in Bangka Belitung, Riau, and Riau Islands," President Director of PT Timah Tbk Riza Pahlevi stated here on Monday.
He explained that currently, the existence of PT Timah is quite recognized by the world's tin market.
"PT Timah is currently the second largest tin producer in the world after China, and PT Timah's performance is also getting better due to the support of the local government and the people," he remarked.
