PT Timah invites foreign customers to visit tin smelter

Pangkalpinang, Babel  (Antaranews Babel) - Publicly listed tin mining company PT Timah in Bangka-Belitung (Babel) province has invited its customers from various countries to visit the tin ore smelter in Muntok, West Bangka district.

The invitation to visit the smelter in Muntok is the form of company`s service and loyalty to its customers, especially from foreign countries.

"It is part of customer gathering and site visit to the tin smelter in Munotok," company`s Public Relations Chief Anggi Budiman Siahaan remarked here on Sunday.

Siahaan reiterated that the visit by the foreign customers is the form of company`s appreciation and loyalty to its customers.

In addition to visiting the smelter, she said the customers will also have an opportunity to gain first hand information about the tin mining process at the mining site.

She expressed hope that the visit can improve the better relations and cooperation between PT Timah and its customers, because the can see directly the mining process to tin ore smelting.

"The customers are excited and enthusiastic to see the smelting process and the making of tin beams ready for export to various foreign countries," she said.
