Jakarta (Antara Babel) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) received Teo Chee Hean, the deputy prime minister of Singapore, at the Merdeka Palace, here, Friday.
During the meeting with Hean, the head of state was accompanied by Teten Masduki, head of the Presidential Staff, and Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs A. M. Fachir.
President Jokowi was also scheduled to attend an event to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) at the ASEAN Secretariat, here, Friday.
Later, Jokowi will receive Malaysian Foreign Minister Anifah Aman at his palace.
In the afternoon, the president is expected to officially open the Indonesian Property Expo 2017 at the Jakarta Convention Hall and will later attend the second national gathering of Jokowi's loyal supporters at the JI Expo, Kemayoran.
